Bookings can be made online for 1-4 people

Each booking will include:

  • One Private sauna

  • Two private ice baths

  • Private changing facility

  • Use of the outdoor showers and other amenities.

What to bring to your appointment & things to know before hand

Please bring:

  • Towel

  • Swimwear or sports clothing

  • Water bottle- refills available

  • Flip Flops/Sliders (optional)

  • Good Vibes

Things to know before hand:

  • Please drink plenty of water before coming to your session- 2-3 litres, and stay well hydrated while in the saunas.

  • The recommended itinerary for your hot & cold session is 3 minutes ice bath, 15 minutes sauna- repeat.

  • You will be assigned a sauna number and changing room number when you book, please check your email booking confirmation for this.

  • Please do not enter the garden until your time slot. Each session includes changing time. I.e one hour session from 6-7pm. You will enter at 6pm and begin dressing and leave the premises dressed at 7pm.

  • Come with an open mind and good vibes. If you haven’t did an ice bath before- TAKE THE PLUNGE! You won’t regret it.
