Important: To help us maintain a relaxing experience for all guests, please arrive no more than 5 minutes before your session start time. Guests who stay more than 5 minutes beyond their allocated time may be charged for an additional hour, which may be applied automatically. All non-member guests must check in before using the facilities. Anyone found using the Therapy Garden without a valid booking may be refused entry or restricted from future visits.
