Things to know before hand:
Check your booking confirmation for all information regarding your specific booking- time, location etc. If you did not receive one, please contact us.
Please drink plenty of water before coming to your session- 2-3 litres, and stay well hydrated while in the saunas.
Come with an open mind. If you haven’t done an ice bath before- TAKE THE PLUNGE! You won’t regret it.
